I had an opportunity to meet Curtis and his team through the workshop organized between IBE and OBIO. The whole program was an extraordinary experience that gathered amazing group of mentors and advisors with different skillset, as well as many similarly minded entrepreneurs in the field of health sciences. I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to be part of the program, and the participation gave me extra motivation and inspiration in building our company. One aspect of the workshop was the Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics (ECBD) program, that honestly, I was at first a little skeptical about. But after going through it and meeting with Curtis, my mindset completely changed. It helped me to understand better my behavioral dynamics and demonstrated to me what I need to work on to strengthen my managerial and leadership skills. Through the analysis I learnt more about myself, about my strengths and weaknesses, and also in which areas I have development opportunity to become a better entrepreneur and in general a better leader. Curtis as an advisor was inspiring, passionate and devoted into giving us guidance on how to become improve on our skillset or deal with stress, through providing us with tools and many examples. Now I feel more confident that I am able to develop needed skills to become a better leader. I would highly recommend the workshop and the ECBD to everyone interested into entrepreneurial journey and beyond that.
