Success Story for Silvia

I attended the IBE training in March 2017 in Boston. The course is about learning the multiple aspects involved in starting a biotech company. I really enjoyed this course and certainly recommend on several fronts. Firstly, it provides an in-depth personality and behaviors assessment via the Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics (ECBD) program to improve leadership effectiveness. Before attending the course you would have spent already 1 hour with Curtis discussing the results. Additionally to the relevant presentations there is a practical “pitch” exercise providing opportunity for real cases and discussing with the experts. This is also a great team work. The networking opportunity is of great value not only with the speakers and facilitators but also with the attendees which is a balanced mix of pharma, biotech and academics. My only comment to Curtis is that presentations were a little bit too US focused and he immediately took on board, in fact he has just organised a course in Paris!

The IBE Difference

The IBE brings the specialized know-how and the funding required for translational development success.

The IBE is a lean operating company that uses disciplined processes, leverages existing resources (incubators, CROs), and taps into expert networks to work on many product opportunities in parallel, rather than trying to build one startup at a time.
