I participated in the Institute for Biomedical Entrepreneurship (IBE) program in Toronto in 2022. It was an excellent program and even though I have been working in early stage biotech companies for 2 decades, including founding 2 start-ups there were many things I learned or gained deeper insights in. Most useful for me were the sessions on leadership and going through my personality profile and the personal coaching, which has helped me focus on how to lead my team and support my co-founder in our new venture.
