One of the unique parts of the IBE course was the accuracy of the EurekaConnect Behavioral Dynamics (ECBD) program assessment and the personalized coaching experience I received from Curtis Sprouse. With Curtis's help, I could do a detailed introspection and learn how to adapt my leadership style to new challenges better.
