I had the chance to attend a 5 days workshop and training with IBE, and Curtis as mentor and speaker. My experience was such that I had the chance to know more about myself and how I interact with people around me through a personal development plan. Through the results of my behaviour dynamics and Curtis expertise and professionalism, I have been given the tools on how to interact with people and how to build confidence, reduce stress and improve my expertise on my field. After these sessions, I can say that I am a better version of myself especially at a personal level. I am also glad that Curtis recommended books, which will help me to continue improving myself.
