The IBE training offered a comprehensive end-to-end view of the innovation and deal-making process, shedding light on the strategic steps and operational challenges that drive successful outcomes. It cultivated an entrepreneurial mindset and provided valuable transparency into how opportunities are identified, evaluated, and executed. I was able to contribute some of my CMC experience to support project proposals, while gaining insights from seasoned entrepreneurs. The program also enabled meaningful networking, which I see as a key asset for future cross-functional collaboration and continued entrepreneurial development. The EurekaConnect assessment and feedback provided by Curtis Sprouse in the context of the IBE program was also extremely useful to help identify areas of personal development to support entrepreneurial growth; the derived learnings are also applicable to any professional environments. Having not only the technical but also the behavioural skills considered as part of the IBE program was really beneficial to provide a 360 view of what it takes to reach entrepreneurial success
