The Eureka Connect Behavioral Dynamics (ECBD) program Mr. Sprouse designed gives incredible insight to how one acts or will act depending on the environment. The ECBD showed me what my strengths and weaknesses are as a leader and most importantly as a person. As point guard for my college basketball team, I found my sit down meeting with Mr. Sprouse discussing my results was extremely beneficial in how I lead my current team. The ECBD opened my eyes to new ways to lead. Concurrently, how to lead all different personalities and what I must work on to become a successful leader.
